Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom: mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We do not currently ship internationally.
Services and prices
Orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked services. The exact services available for your address, their prices, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of your order — what you see at checkout is what you pay. When a free delivery threshold is active, it is applied automatically at checkout.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. When your order is handed to Royal Mail you will receive a dispatch email; when tracking is available it is shown in that email and on your order status page (the link from your confirmation email).
Packaging
Glass bottles are packed upright in protective packaging designed for liquids. Larger orders may arrive as more than one parcel; you will not pay more than the delivery price shown at checkout.
Problems with delivery
If a parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@berrysense.co.uk with your order reference and we will sort it out with Royal Mail — you will not be left chasing the carrier yourself.
